Management encompasses five basic functions such as Planning, Organizing, Leading and Coordinating.

A business school is normally a university-level institution that teaches topics such as accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, strategic planning, quantitative methods, etc. These include schools of " business ", " business administration", and "management".
